June Update!

So I moved out of my place on 22nd Ave.  Almost moved in with Doug.  Then decided to move in with Kellen.  Quit the taqueria. Started my first solo garden project. And don't regret a single thing.

My new place is AMAZING!!!  I have a patio that overlooks downtown Portland.  A landscaped rooftop that spans a city block that even has a dog area for the Monkeybutt and pool table for me and Kellen to cut loose on!

I've been working only at Holman's which I dig.  It is easy and make great money and hours where I can still do stuffing the morning as well as night.

I literally told Doug I would move in with him on a Saturday and then exactly one week later told him I decided I wanted to be with Kellen more and no longer can be friends with him.

I learned that seeing two men is stupid.  I really developed feelings for both of them and at the same time couldn't actually give either one of them my heart.  Now I am happily in love with Kellen.  I'm not gonna lie, our relationship isn't easy.  I have always went for guys that are really easy going and Kellen is sensitive and emotional.  The payoff is something else though.  We consistently love each other more and more and overcome obstacles regularly.  And he loves hiking :)

We went to the coast like 3 weekends in a row.

I'm still figuring out my city life on Burnside St.  I live in a loud place now, but it's in a great part of town with The Hungry Tiger, a vegan bar/restaurant a block away.  Not that I'm vegan, but so many veggie options!!!  And not gonna lie, when I have a rough day at work I can go there and watch them ask every single person who orders food whether they want real cheese or real meat in that, and it cracks me up every time.

The garden I've been tending is 4 blocks away in an older couple's backyard.  They tilled a giant portion of there lawn to plant on and I am still putting seeds in the ground.  I had to dig it up which took hours and cramped up my back pretty good, but it's nice seeing these little plants grow.  The strawberries have taken off this week.

I'm trying to only work 4 days a week but they need to hire and keep their staff better than they do.  I've been trying to take Sundays off so me and Kellen have an adventure day, but then again it is softball season.  We had our first game on Sunday and I scored a run on my first at bat.  We lost but had fun as usual.

So life is busy.  I wish I could have maybe a little more time off, but I need to pay bills.  I secretly think I'm going to quit my job and spend time traveling soon, but no official plans just yet.
